Terms of use

1. The service

kidAR lets you upload a drawing, turn it into a 3D figurine and publish it as an augmented reality experience that can be opened through a link or a QR code. The service is under development and may change or be interrupted.

2. Who can use the service

Only an adult can create an account. If you upload a child's drawing, you declare that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or that you have their permission.

3. Your content

You keep the rights to the drawings, voices and texts you upload. You give us a non-exclusive right to store, process and display them strictly to provide the service to you, including on the AR pages you choose to publish.

You guarantee that you are entitled to upload the content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. Do not upload content that is illegal, offensive or that contains other people's personal data.

4. Public pages

A published page can be opened by anyone who has the link or the QR code. You decide who receives it and what you publish.

5. Fair use

• Do not try to access other users' accounts or data.
• Do not disrupt the service or use abusive automated means.
• Do not use the service for content that harms children or other people.

6. Availability and liability

We provide the service as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages. These limits do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

7. Deletion and termination

You can delete projects in the app and you can ask us to delete your account. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date of the last update is shown on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
